How We Work Together

Chemistry Meeting

We meet to discuss your requirements, and to get to know each other. It's important for me that I understand your motivations, values and emotional needs as well as your functional needs.

If we connect, then we sign the contract detailing the services, timelines and remuneration.

Regular Check-ins

We will have agreed written and verbal feedback sessions whereby I will keep you updated on the progress of the search.

High probability short-listed viewings of properties will be arranged in this period to maximise convenience.

The last scheduled in-person meeting of the search and purchase process will be for signing the property documents and receiving the keys.

I will also follow-up post-purchase to ensure everything is hunky-dory with your new property and to help with any post-purchase needs you may have.
